We stand behind every product we carry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

We believe 30 days is the right amount of time — long enough for you to genuinely try the product, short enough that we can ensure it hasn't been heavily used. No lengthy forms, no runaround.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
Opened skincare, hygiene, or personal care consumables
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Digital products or downloadable content

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right immediately — no return shipping required on your end. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or short video showing the defect or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 1–2 business days of receiving your evidence — no need to ship anything back.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, DealLand will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours of your request being approved.

Pro tip: For low-value items under $20, we may offer a full refund and ask you to keep the item rather than pay for return shipping. This is faster for you and more practical for everyone.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, here is what to expect:

Return Received

We inspect the item within 1–2 business days of receiving it at our warehouse.

Refund Approved

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved.

Refund Issued

The refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Bank Processing

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Total estimated time: 5–12 business days from when we receive your return to when the funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If you would like a different product entirely, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will confirm availability and guide you through the process.
